摘　　要：介绍了Accu Roll轧管机和Assel轧管机的发展现状和特点。指出这两种轧管机组由于具有轧制工序短、设备投资少、更换规格容易、品种适应范围宽以及适合小批量、多品种生产等优势,已成为我国中小型钢管企业技术改造和新建机组的首选机型。从发展历史、结构型式、工艺特点、变形特点、可轧制钢管品种与规格以及投资制造成本等方面对这两种轧管机进行比较分析,并对两种机型提出了改进建议。Describe in the article are the current development situation and characteristics of the Accu-Roll pipe mill and the Assel pipe mill. It is pointed out these two pipe mills have been regarded as the mostly-selected mill types for technical upgrading or brand new mill building projects of domestic small and medium-sized steel pipe makers owing to their commonly-shared advantages namely, mini rolling flow, low initial investment for the equipment, easy size change-over, wide product range and suitability for small quantity and multi-type orders. A comparative analysis of the two pipe mills is made, involving such aspects as the development histories, equipment structures, technological characteristics, deformation features, product varieties and size ranges as well as initial investments etc., based on which suggestions for necessary improvement on the mills are proposed.
