新农村视野下的安徽省县域体育发展战略

摘　　要：本文在调查统计和座谈访谈的基础上,运用文献资料法、逻辑思辨法和归纳演绎法,客观地分析了安徽省县域体育现状及影响因素,按照建设社会主义新农村的目标和要求,提出县域体育发展战略,为体育行政管理部门全面准确地把握县域体育在县城、小城镇、村落层面的真实状况提供重要信息,为各级党委政府尤其是县级党委政府在建设社会主义新农村的历史进程中统筹兼顾县域体育发展提供参考依据。On the basis of statistical survey and focus group discussion,this paper made an objective analysis of the physical status of the county in Anhui Province and its influencing factors by using methods of literature data,logic thinking,and deductive reasoning.According to the goal and demand of building a new socialist countryside,we put forward strategies for developing county sports.This paper gives information,for sports administration,to comprehensively and accurately grasp the true state of sports in the county,small towns and villages.And thus it provides reference,for the party committees and governments at all levels,especially county-level party committee and government,on how to make overall arrangements of county sports developments in the historical process of building a new socialist countryside.
