摘　　要：运动员选材是竞技体育中很重要的一个先导环节。在选材过程中产生大量测试数据,如果不建立相应的快速评价体系及选材库,将会大大降低选材效率,也不利于选材经验的积累。就此目的,同时也为配合上海市优势项目选材标准修订,研制了运动员选材评价软件。本文旨在介绍该软件的主要系统与功能,及其开发的必要性和应用价值,为今后运动员选材走向管理化、效率化提供一定的参考。Talent selection of athletes is the first one of the most important aspects in competitive sports,during Talent selection of athletes mass of data will bring out,without designing for speediness evaluation system and database,the efficiency of talent selection of athletes will be greatly reduced and are not conducive to experience accumulated in talent selection of athletes.For these and fitting to revisal for index of selection and criterion of shanghai dominant item,the evaluation software on talent selection of athlete was developed.The purpose of the study is recommending the main functions,the necessity of development and worth of application of the software,hoping to give some references for management,efficiency of talent selection of athlete.
