摘　　要：采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法、观察法等研究方法,对2009年度排球新规则与2005-2008年度排球竞赛规则进行对比分析,针对新规则中改动较大的地方,运用辨证发展的观点,通过分析新规则对排球运动员、裁判员、观众的影响,探讨新规则给排球竞赛带来的影响。结果表明2009年度排球新规则增加了排球竞赛的连贯性,提高了排球竞赛的观赏性,使排球竞赛更精彩。针对研究结果提出通过改变比赛方法增加排球竞赛连贯性的建议。Compare the new rules of 2009 with the 2005-2008 Volleyball Competition Rules by using literature and data,logic,reasoning,induction,observation method,analysis the larger changes for the new rules,and use dialectical viewpoint of development to explore how the new rules impact to the volleyball competition though analysis the influence of athletes referee and audience.The results show that new rules increase the coherence of volleyball competition,improved viewing volleyball competition,making volleyball competition more fierce.Proposed to increase the coherence by changing the forms of competition.
