鸡传染性法氏囊病超强毒致弱株的生物学特性研究

摘　　要：将vvIBDV国内分离株-G株经SPF鸡胚和鸡胚成纤维细胞连续传代致弱，得到适应细胞的致弱株。暂命名为IBDVGt。其毒价为2.0×108PFU／ml以上，具有较好的抗原性，对鸡无致病性。返祖试验及病理组织学试验证明，致弱株可在鸡体内连续传至4代，未有返强现象。vvIBDV-G is very virulent IBDV. It had been isolated from China in 1996. It has been attenuated through replicating in SPF embryo and CEF suecessfully. IBDV-G had been adapted CEF for 20 generations, it was named IBDV-Gt, The titer is high up 2.0×108PFU/ml, and it has effectively immunity but no pathogenicity. It was proved that attenuated G strain couldn' t propagate in the chicken limitless and cpuldn' t atavistic by atavism experiment and histopathology.
