鸡副嗜血杆菌(HPG-A221、C668)对10个家系BWEL-SPF鸡胚的感染试验

摘　　要：用鸡副嗜血杆菌国际标准株（HPGA-221、C668）分别接种1-10个家系的BWEL-SPF鸡6日龄鸡胚，观察攻毒后16-30小时鸡胚死亡的情况。结果，第5、7、8家系死亡率为100％;1、4、6家系死亡率为90％;2、3、9、10家系死亡率为80％-85％，10个家系HPG平均死亡率为90.5％。对照组（HWL-SPF鸡胚）平均死亡率为90％。从而评估BWEL-SPF鸡群每个家系对鸡副嗜血杆菌（HPG-A221、C668）的敏感性。The international standard strains of type A(HPG221) and C(HPG668) of Haemophilus Paragullinarum (HPC) were used to challenge the 6 days egg-embryos of 10 family strains BWEL-SPF chickens. The results indicated that, the death rates of family strains 5 .7 .8 were 100%; the mortality of family strains 1.4.6were 90%; the death rates of family strains 2.3 .9. 10 were 80%～85 %;the average death rates of 10 family strains were 90. 5%. The mean mortality of control groups(HWL-SPF) were 90%. Thereby we evaluated the sensitivity of every faultly strains of BWEL-SPF chickens infected HPG A and C.
