猪兰氏Q群链球菌病的诊断与防制

摘　　要：1998年7-8月间，江苏省苏北中部部分县市生猪发生一种急性、热性、败血性传染病，仅40余天内，该地区共有47个乡镇462个村8871个农户13472头生猪发病，死亡生猪6142头，经流行病学调查，临床症状和病理观察，病原分离、生化反应、动物试验及分离菌株送中国兽药监察所进行血清学鉴定，为兰氏Q群链球菌病。In July to August 1998, An acute, heat, septicemic infectious disease of pigs enzootically arose in middle counties of northern Jiangsu. During 40 days, 13, 472 pigs raised by 8, 871 farmers who dwelled in 462 villages were infected, and 6, 132 pigs succumbed to the disease. Based on the epizootoology, sighs, gross lesions and microbiological diagnostic results, the disease mentioned above was diagnosed as streptococcosis caused by a member from Lancefield serogroup Q. The serogroup of the isolate was determined at Chinese Control Institute of Veterinary Biological Products and Pharmaceuties.
