犬卡氏肺孢子虫肺炎模型的建立及药物的疗效观察

摘　　要：在住家附近诱捕到6只褐家鼠和5只黄胸鼠，经皮下注射醋酸可的松10周，建立野鼠卡氏肺孢子虫肺炎模型，解剖取肺脏制成接种物。1-16号实验犬经气管接种6.6×105卡氏肺孢子虫包囊，并肌肉注射醋酸可的松。接种后，1-16号实验犬相继出现严重的临床症状，病理变化呈典型的卡氏肺孢子虫肺炎。实验结果表明接种外源性卡氏肺孢子虫包囊后，每犬每日肌注醋酸可有松20mg／kg，连续56天可建立实验犬卡氏肺孢子虫肺炎模型。尔后分别用蒿甲醚和复方新诺明进行治疗观察，均取得较好的治疗效果。Pneumocystis carinii pneumonia in 6 Rattus norvegicus and 5 Rattus flavipetus trapped near houses were facilitated by injecting with cortisone acetate for 10 weeks. Then the samptes were made from the lung tissues of wild rats,in which, there are a lot of P.carinii cysts. Experimental dogs 1～16 were inoculated with 6. 6×105 P. carinii cysts by trachea, and were intramuscularly injected with cortisone acetate for 56 days at the same time. The inoculation resulted in severe clinical symptoms and pathological changes of typical P. carinii pneumonia in the dogs. The experimental results showed that the dogs can be brought about typical p.carinii pneumonia after inoculated with exigenous p.carinii and used a lot of immunosuppressed agent. The dogs suffering from p.carinii pneumonia were treated with Artemether and SMZco, and it was demonstrated that Artenether and SMZco were highly effective against P.carinii pneumonia in dog model.
