摘　　要：目的:总结心脏手术风险评估欧洲系统(EuroSCORE)在非体外循环下冠状动脉旁路移植术((OPCAB)的临床应用经验。方法:应用心脏手术风险评估欧洲系统(EuroSCORE)对2008年8月～2010年8月125例非体外循环下冠状动脉旁路移植术(OPCAB)患者进行手术风险评估,对不同评分分级组术后严重并发症发生率,CSICU滞留时间,死亡率对比分析。应用受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线分析及Spearman相关系数分析EuroSCORE评分与死亡率,严重并发症及入住心脏外科监护病房(CSICU)天数的相关性。结果:EuroSCORE评分低危和中危患者、中危和高危患者、低危和高危患者之间严重并发症发生率,CSICU滞留时间,死亡率差异均有统计学意义,Additive及Logistic EuroSCORE分值对应的术后严重并发症,对应的死亡率的ROC下面积及与术后CSICU入住天数Spearman相关系数(r)均有统计学意义。结论:心脏手术风险评估欧洲系统(Eu-roSCORE)总体上较好评估OPCAB手术风险。对于预期死亡率在中、高危组与实际死亡率相近,在低危组高于实际死亡率。Objective：To summarize the risk assessment of the European system of cardiac surgery （EuroSCORE） in non -pump coronary artery bypass grafting （OPCAB） clinical experience. Methods：The European system of risk assessment of cardiac surgery （EuroSCORE） for August 2006- August 2010 125 cases of non-pump coronary artery bypass grafting （OPCAB） surgery in patients with risk assessment scores for different grade group was the incidence of serious complications, SC1CU residence time,the mortality rate compared. Application receiver operating characteristic （ROC） curve analysis and Spearman correlation coefficient analysis EuroSCORE score and mortality,serious complications and was admitted to cardiac surgery intensive care unit （CSICU） correlation between the number of days. Results： EuroSCORE score low-risk and intermediate risk patients,in risk and high -risk patients, low risk and high risk patients the incidence of serious complications between,SCICU residence time,the mortality rate differences were statistically significant, Additive and Logistic EuroSCORE scores corresponding to severe postoperative complications, the eonesponding mortality The area under the ROC and the number of days with postoperative CICU stay Spearman correlation coefficient （r） were statistically significant. Conclusion：Cardiac surgery risk assessment the European system （EuroSCORE） better assessment of overall risk OPCAB surgery, for the expected mortality,the high -risk group close to the actual mortality in low- risk group was higher than the actual mortality.
