6种模式生物热休克蛋白70家族的进化分析

摘  要:[目的]研究柄海鞘和其他5个物种的热休克蛋白70家族的系统发育关系。[方法]通过在Ensembl中下载与筛选,获得柄海鞘和其他5种生物的热休克蛋白70家族的氨基酸序列,对其进行系统发育树和基因结构分析,并阐明其系统发育关系。[结果]经过筛选,共获得了来自线虫、果蝇、柄海鞘、斑马鱼、家鸡和人类6种生物的热休克蛋白70家族的33个氨基酸序列,其中25个具有明确的基因结构。系统发育分析表明,系统发育树并未完全按照来源物种聚类;6种生物热休克蛋白70的氨基酸序列相当保守,但其内含子插入位点并不整齐,表明热休克蛋白70家族是一个多基因、多结构的家族。[结论]这6个物种均发生了基因复制事件,新产生的基因仅仅是冗余的存在,还是具有新的功能,仍需作进一步的研究。[Objective] The study aimed to research the phylogenetic relationship of heat shock protein 70 family from the ascidian and other 5 species.[Method] The amino acid sequences of heat shock protein 70 family from ascidian and other 5 organisms were obtained through downloading and screening the one from Ensembl,their phylogenetic tree and genetic structure were analyzed and their phylogenetic relationship was expounded.[Result] 33 amino acid sequences of heat shock protein 70 family from the 6 kinds of the organisms including ascidian,nematode,drosophila,zebrafish,chicken and human were obtained through screening,among which 25 amino acid sequences had the definitude gene sequences.The phylogenetic analysis showed that in the phylogenetic tree,the heat shock protein 70 family failed to be clustered according to their source species.The amino acid sequences of heat shock protein 70 from the 6 species were highly conserved,but their insertional locus of introns were not neat,showing that the heat shock protein 70 family was a family with more gene and more structure.[Conclusion] These 6 species all taken place the genetic replication events and the further studies will be needed to estimate whether the new produced genes will be only redundant or with new functions.
