夏枯草水提取物对离体蛙心收缩功能的影响

摘　　要：[目的]探讨夏枯草（SPICAPRUNELLAE VULGARIS）水提取物对离体蛙心收缩功能的影响。[方法]用离体蛙心灌流的方法,通过BL-420F生物机能实验系统,观察记录不同浓度夏枯草水提取物对心脏活动的影响。[结果]在浓度较低时（0.02~0.06μg/ml）,夏枯草提取物对离体蛙心表现为增强心肌张力和加快心率的作用（P〈0.01）;在较高浓度时（0.01~0.08 g/ml）,则表现为降低心肌张力和减慢心率的作用（P〈0.01）。[结论]夏枯草对心脏有双向调节作用。[Objective] The aim was to study the effects of the water extract from SPICA PRUNELLAE VULGARIS on the systolic function of isolated frog heart.[ Method] Through the BL-420F biological experimental system after the perfusion in the isolated frog heart,the effect of different concentrations of water extracts from SPICA PRUNELLAE VULGARIS on the cardiac activity of mice were observed and recorded.[Result] The water extracts from SPICA PRUNELLAE VULGARIS could enhance the myocardial tension and speed up the heart rate at a low concentration of decoction（0.02-0.06 μg/ml）（P0.01）;while reduce the myocardial tension and slow down the heart rate at a higher concentration（0.02-0.08 g/ml）.[Conclusion] SPICA PRUNELLAE VULGARIS had dual regulation effect on the heart.
