伏毛铁棒锤根提取物对4种蚜虫的杀虫活性初探

摘　　要：采用点滴法测试伏毛铁棒锤根的乙醇提取物对4种蚜虫的杀虫活性,结果表明,伏毛铁棒锤根提取物对4种蚜虫的杀虫活性依次为:枸杞蚜虫>桃蚜>杏蚜>麦蚜,其对4种蚜虫的LC50分别为0.0051、0.0106、0.0165、0.0214 g/ml。The insect disinfestation activities of ethanol extracts from Aconitum flavum Hand.-Mazz.on the 4 species of aphis were tested by spot-out method.The results indicated that the insect disinfestation activities of extracts from A.flavum root on the 4 species of aphis were： medlar aphid green peach aphid aprocot aphid wheat aphid and their LC50 on the 4 species of aphis were 0.005 1,0.010 6,0.016 5 and 0.021 4 g/ml resp.
