山区农户土地流转意愿实证研究——以山西省武乡县北良村为例

摘　　要：以山西省武乡县北良村为研究对象,采用调查、访谈等方法,从农户私下流转情况、土地流转形式、土地流转主体、土地流转费用、流转签订合同情况及农户对流转土地法律的了解情况等方面对农户土地流转现状进行分析,并对农户土地流转意愿及影响流转意愿的因素进行调查。为了加快土地流转、提高农民收入,提出了大力发展农村教育事业、加大对"三农"的扶持力度、规范农村土地流转行为等建议。In the paper,the Beiliang village,Wuxiang County,of Shanxi Province is chosen as the study object.The methods investigation and interview are applied.And then the status quo of land transference is analyzed from the aspects of private land transference,the form of land transference,the land transference fee,the contracts of the land transference and farmers＇ knowledge on land transference law and so on.Through the investigation and research on peasant households＇ inclination towards land transference and the factors that affect the land transference,we are clear-mined on farmers＇ land transference inclination in recent years.On the strength of the analysis,we put forward the scientific basis for facilitating the reasonable transference of land in mountainous areas,optimizing the land distribution and promoting the sustainable and healthy development of rural economy.The countermeasures aim at accelerating land transference,increasing farmers;income,stringing the development of rural education,increasing the support on three agricultural problems concerning agriculture,countryside and farmers,and standardizing the rural land transference behaviors are put forwarded as well.
