灰色关联度方法在灾害性天气评估中的应用研究

摘　　要：主要根据辽宁省本溪市2007~2009年灾害性天气的实际情况和数据,选取了受灾人口、受灾面积、每年灾害性天气的持续时间和直接经济损失作为评价指标,运用灰色关联度方法来建立灾害性天气损失评估模型,并进行分析总结。结果表明,运用灰色关联度方法建立的灾害性天气损失评估模型进行的灾害等级划分是较为合理的。According to the actual condition and data of disastrous weather during 2007 – 2009 in Benxi City of Liaoning Province,the affected population,the affected area,the duration of severe weather each year and direct economic losses were selected as indexes,and the assessment model of disastrous weather were established by using the method of gray correlation analysis,then,getting a conclusion through analysis.The results indicated that based on the method of gray correlation,the assessment model of disastrous weathere was established,which was a reasonable method for disaster grade division reasonable.
