白腰文鸟与三黄鸡雏鸡接种新城疫疫苗后的抗体水平对比试验

摘　　要：[目的]比较白腰文鸟与三黄鸡雏鸡接种新城疫疫苗后的抗体水平,进一步确定其抵抗新城疫病毒侵害的能力。[方法]对白腰文鸟和三黄鸡接种新城疫疫苗,通过血液凝集试验(HA)和血液凝集抑制试验(HI)测定其接种对象血液中的抗体水平。[结果]在免疫接种后测定其HI抗体效价,白腰文鸟及三黄鸡的免疫抗体监测合格率均>80%。[结论]白腰文鸟的抗体水平达到峰值的速度均优于三黄鸡。[Objective] To investigate the antibody levels of Lonchura striata and Gallus domestiaus inoculated with newcastle disease vaccine and further determine the ability of resistance against Newcastle disease virus.[Method] After Lonchura striata and Gallus domestiaus were inoculated Newcastle disease vaccine,the vaccination antibody levels were determined by blood agglutination test（HA） and blood agglutination inhibition test（HI）.[Result] The antibody monitoring compliance rate of Lonchura striata and Gallus domestiaus were both more than 80%.[Conclusion] The peak antibody levels and peak speed of Lonchura striata are better than those of Gallus domestiaus.
