摘  要:[目的]为提高小麦的耐盐适应性,研究在不同盐度中超声波对小麦幼苗生长的影响。[方法]用超声波处理小麦幼苗,检测其在不同盐度中叶数、根数、株高和根长等生长指标的变化。[结果]超声波处理后小麦幼苗在不同盐度中测定的平均值与空白对照相比,叶数增加了6.9%,根数增加了13.2%,株高降低了11.2%,根长缩短了10.0%。[结论]超声波处理改变了小麦幼苗原有的形态建成,形成了新的耐盐适应形式。[Objective] The effect of ultrasonic wave on seedling growth of wheat in different salinity were studied to improve the adaptability of wheat salt tolerance.[Method] The seedlings of the wheat were treated with ultrasonic wave,and the change of seedling growth indicators of the wheat was detected in different salinity including leaf number,root number,seedling height and root length.[Result] The result showed that after culture solution culture solution culture solution culture solution culture solution tetrtreated by ultrasonic wave in different salinity,compared with the control,the average value of the leaf number of seedling was increased by 6.9%,the root number was increased by 13.2%,seedling height were shortened by 11.21%,root length were shortened by 10.0%.[Conclusion] Wheat changed the morphogenesis morphogenesis of original by ultrasonic wave and formed new salt-tolerance modality.
