云南粮食产能安全时空变化特征与区域差异分析

摘　　要：利用1949~2008年以来粮食生产统计数据、人口数据及相关调查资料,分析云南省粮食产能安全的时间变化特征;同时在GIS软件支持下分析云南省各市（州）1998~2008年粮食产能安全变化的区域差异,并以2008年各市（州）粮食自给率为依据,应用GIS自然分类法将各市（州）粮食产能安全分等级,从而揭示云南粮食产能安全的空间差异特征。研究表明,云南粮食总产与粮食单产总体呈稳步增长态势,粮食播种面积呈下降趋势,粮食产能安全总体上处于安全状态,但在空间上存在一定差异。其中昆明市和玉溪市的粮食自给率最低,粮食产能安全问题严重;而大理州、保山市、德宏州和曲靖市为粮食大量供应地区,在云南省粮食产能安全保障中起着重要作用。Based on the statistical data of food production statistics,population data and related survey data from 1949 to 2008,the spatiotemporal variations of food security in Yunnan Province were analyzed;at the same time,under the support of GIS software,the regional differences of food safety changes from 1998 to 2008 in every city（state） of Yunnan Province were analyzed;and on the basis of food self-sufficiency rate in 2008（states）,food safety of every city（state） were graded by using natural classification.Consequently,the characteristics of spatiotemporal variations of food safety in Yunnan Province were revealed.The results showed that the total grain output and the yield per unit increased steadily,grain sown area showed decreasing tendency,grain production was in a safe state,but there were some differences in space,hereinto,food self-sufficiency rate of Kunming and Yuxi City was lowest and lots of problems existed in the production of food.Dali,Baoshan,Dehong and Qujing were larger supply zones of food,which played an important role in the security of Yunnan Province.
