摘　　要：借鉴管理学SWOT分析法,在阐述桂林市公共产品供给现状的基础上,从多元化供给模式在桂林推行所面临的自身优势、劣势、发展机遇以及威胁4个方面内容展开探讨,并在此基础之上,从制度自身完善与优化制度运行环境2个方面对如何推动新型多元化模式在桂林的实施提出了对策和建议。By using SWOT analysis method and based on elaborating supply status of public goods in Guilin,the diversified supply mode was discussed from four aspects of advantages,disadvantages,development opportunities and threats,and on the basis of this,countermeasures for driving the application of new diversified supply mode were put forward from two aspects of system improvement and optimizing system operation environment.
