摘　　要：太极柔力球是一项新兴的民族传统体育项目,在高校开展太极柔力球运动具有文化价值、体育锻炼价值、观赏价值、娱乐价值和竞技价值。在不断地发展中它必将走上规范化、科学化、竞技化、国际化、信息网络化的发展轨道。Taiji Ball is a new national tradition sport.It has many values such as cultural,physical exercises,ornamental,entertainment and competitive values.With the Constant development,it will inevitably step onto the track of Standardization,scientific style,athletics,internationalization,Information networking.
