摘　　要：介绍了核设施器材网络管理系统的设计思想、结构框架和各子系统的功能。同时， 重点介绍了研制过程中对数据关系、基本数据库、器材编码、单位转换、网络传真等特殊问题的技术处理方法。该核设施器材网络管理系统的研制成功， 使器材管理工作的每个环节都得以及时、快速、正确管理， 并为器材工作的决策起到了积极的作用。This paper introduces the design and structure of the computer network administration system of the material in nuclear installation,and some function of the subsystem,and some special problems,such as the method of producing in data relation,,structure of database,numbering the material serial number,calculation unit conversion and E mail etc The developing successful of system not only make every links in administration of the material work in good condition and in high speed,but also play an active part in the decision making of the material administration
