摘  要:采用亚氨基噻吩盐酸盐修饰法制备99 Tcm 重组水蛭素(99 Tcm r H),并进行小鼠体内分布及兔股动、静脉血栓模型显像分析。结果表明:99 Tcm r H 的标记率为 908% , P D10 过柱前后放化纯度分别为888% 和939% ,比活度为 3292 G Bq/g;,在小鼠心、脑、肝、脾、肺摄取低,肾浓聚高,15 m in达到(6472±5.04)% I D,血清除迅速;兔股动、静脉血栓于 1 h 可清晰显影, T/ B 分别为 224 和195。Tc m\|rH is prepared by 2\|iminothiolane modified method. The biodistribution is also determined with 99 Tc m\|rH in mouse, and thrombi imaging is performed in rabbit thrombi model. The results show that the labelling yield of 99 Tc m\|rH is 90.8%, the radiochemistry purity is 88.3% and 93.9% respectively, before and after passing through PD\|10 column. The specific activity is 329.2 GBq/g. The biodistribution in mouse demonstrates that rH is excreted from kidneys ( 64.72±5.04 %ID within 15 min after injection) because of lower uptake in heart, brain, liver, spleen and lungs, and the blood clearance is rapid. The arterial and venous thrombi can be clearly observed within 60 min after injection, T/B ratio is 2.24 and 1.95 respectively.\;
