摘 要:针对红外图像信噪比不高和当前常用的二维时间延迟积分(2D-TDI)算法仅适用于静止和缓慢运动目标场合的问题,分析了信号的采集原理以及噪声特性,提出了红外焦平面阵列(IRFPA)多次采样滤波技术,通过对一帧图像的同一像元点进行多次采样的方法,在降低红外图像的随机时间域噪声的同时,保证其能够应用于快速运动目标场合;图像对比和数据测试结果表明:红外焦平面阵列多次采样滤波技术不仅具有与2D-TDI算法同等的提高红外图像信噪比的能力——将红外图像的NETD降低到原红外图像的1/姨n倍(n为对同一像元点的有效采样次数),而且突破了2D-TDI算法应用场合的限制,其能够适应于快速运动目标场景,对红外热像仪的性能提升有重要意义。In order to overcome the shortcomings that signal noise ratio(SNR) of original infrared(IR) images was low,and resolve the problems that widely used 2D-TDI(two dimensional time delay integration) technology could only be applied to static or slow-moving targets,the principle of signal acquisition and noise characteristics were analyzed,and multiple sampling and filter technology of infrared focal plane array was presented.The technology in this paper adopted the method of sampling a same pixel multiple times in one image.The method ensured that the technology could be applied to fast-moving targets and lowered random time-domain noise of IR images in the meantime.Both the images contrast results and experimental data show that multiple sampling and filter technology of IRFPA have the same ability of improving SNR of IR images with the 2D-TDI algorithm which can raise the SNR of IR images to times of the original images(n is the sampling times at the same pixel) and the experiment also shows that the technology can be applied to the moving targets.It is significant for improving the performance of IR imager.
