摘 要:为了准确地评价舰船动力排气红外抑制装置的抑制效果,从气体辐射传输方程和含气体的热空腔的辐射方程出发,采用SLG模型描述气体辐射,在此基础上建立了排气红外抑制装置红外辐射仿真模型。通过模型实验,对排气红外抑制装置仿真模型的计算结果进行了验证,结果显示:仿真模型的预测结果与实验测量结果在3~5μm波段吻合较好,而在8~12μm波段与实验测量结果存在一定偏差。仿真模型并未考虑不完全燃烧产生的碳黑颗粒对气体辐照造成的影响,这可能是造成偏差的主要原因。A simulation model was brought to estimate the performance of the IRSS(Infrared Signature Suppression) system,which was designed for marine ship to reduce the infrared radiant intensity of exhaust.Based on gas radiance transmission function and radiance function of hot cavity with radiant gas,the simulation model for infrared signature of IRSS system was set up,where the SLG model was used to compute the gas radiance.An experiment was designed to verify the simulation model.It is shown that the simulation results agree with experiment measurements very well in band of 3-5 μm,while the difference between simulation and measurement can not be ignorable in band of 8-14 μm.The carbon particle caused by insufficient combustion may be the main reason for the error,because the influence of carbon particle on infrared radiation of exhaust was not taken into consideration in the simulation model.
