保留齿状线分段结扎缝合术治疗环状混合痔的临床观察

摘　　要：为探讨保留齿状线分段结扎缝合术治疗环状混合痔的疗效，将60例环状混合痔患者随机分为两组，各30例，一组采用保留齿状线分段结扎缝合术治疗（治疗组），一组采用传统外剥内扎术治疗（对照组）。结果显示，治疗组治愈率（93．3％）明显高于对照组（83．3％），且治疗组疼痛轻，创口愈合快，术后肛缘水肿、肛门溢液、肛周皮赘等并发症发生率低，无肛门狭窄、肛门失禁等后遗症。结果表明，保留齿状线分段结扎缝合术治疗环状混合痔治愈率高，创面愈合快，并发症及后遗症少，疗效满意。The objective of the study was to evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of the procedure of dental line preservation and segmental ligation and suture（DLP plus SLS）. Sixty patients with circumferential mixed hemorrhoids（CMH） were randomized into two groups, 30 patients underwent DLP plus SLS（the study group） ,while another 30 patients underwent the traditional external dissection and internal ligation（the control group）. As results, the cure rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group （93.3% vs 83.3%）, such complications as postoperative less pain, quicker wound healing, edema at anal edge,anal exudation,perianal skin tag were less in occurrence in the study group,and there were no such sequelae as anal stricture and fecal incontinence in the study group. It is concluded that DLP plus SLS can ensure a higher cure rate,quicker wound healing,less complications and sequelae and better therapeutic results.
