摘　　要：肿瘤学期刊是我国肿瘤防治创新体系的重要环节和要素。肿瘤学期刊的导向是肿瘤学期刊的基本职能,也是其总体设计的核心。肿瘤学期刊从思想导向、学术导向和写作导向三个方面入手,利用自身资源优势,在国家"科教兴国"、创新工程中以及医疗卫生体制改革中充分发挥其导向作用,引领学术发展方向,从而促进自身的繁荣、发展以及肿瘤防治事业的进步。Oncology journal is a major part and element of cancer prevention and treatment innovation system in China. Guidance function is not only the basic function of oncology journal, but also the core of the overall design. Through three aspects, as thinking-oriented, academic-oriented and writing-oriented, oncology journal takes advantage of its own resource, plays its full role of guidance in the country＇s ＂invigorating China through science and education＂, in innovation project and in the health system reform, leads the direction of academic development, and contributes to its own prosperity and development, as a result of progress in cancer prevention and control in China.
