摘  要:省级输电网均匀接线图是电力规划、设计、运行、调度等部门经常使用的图纸。文中提出了基于携带变电站地理信息或相对位置的公共信息模型(CIM)数据的省级电网均匀接线图的自动生成算法。首先,通过dom4j对CIM/可扩展置标语言(XML)进行解析并实现对CIM电网结构信息即变电站和线路数据的导入,然后根据变电站经纬度或相对位置坐标进行离散化布图、拓扑简化,使得原求解问题得到降维;对于降维后的接线图,提出固定枢纽节点,例如500 kV变电站的离散坐标,对其余变电站节点采用改进模拟退火算法进行优化布局计算以及后期优化调整,得到了交叉点较少、结构清晰、布局匀称、仍保持地理相对位置的电网均匀接线图。The uniformly-distributed provincial transmission power grid diagram is a diagram frequently used by different departments,especially those of planning,design,operation and dispatching.An automatic generation algorithm for such a diagram is provided from the data source in common information model(CIM) format with geographical or relative location information.First,an important algorithm using dom4j is used to obtain the structural data of the transmission power grid,i.e.,substations and transmission lines,followed by a discretized layout using the geographical or relative location information of substations,and then the topological simplification treatment,from which further optimal calculation makes dimension reduced.By fixing the discrete coordinates of hinge substations,e.g.,500 kV ones,an improved simulated annealing algorithm is used for layout calculation of the remaining substation nodes.Then by further optimal adjustment,a uniformly-distributed and distinctly structured diagram is obtained that has less intersections and still keeps the relative geographical locations.
