摘　　要：目的建立抗风湿类中成药中非法添加化学成分吡罗昔康与美洛昔康的快速检测方法。方法采用化学鉴别方法进行快速筛查,并用薄层色谱法进行进一步确认验证。结果化学鉴别与薄层色谱法能快速准确的检测出抗风湿类中成药中非法添加化学成分吡罗昔康与美洛昔康。结论本方法简便、快速、准确、专属性强,可用于抗风湿类中成药中非法添加的吡罗昔康与美洛昔康的快速检测,并且还能够在基层及国家配备的快检车上应用。OBJECTIVE To establish rapid detection method of piroxicam and meloxicam illegally added into anti-rheumatic traditional Chinese medicine.METHODS Identification by chemical methods to rapid screen,and to further verify by the thin-layer chromatography.RESULTS The chemical identification and thin-layer chromatography can rapid detect the anti-rheumatic traditional Chinese medicine illegally added ingredients piroxicam and meloxicam.CONCLUSION The method is simple,rapid,accurate and specific.It can be used in the rapid detection of piroxicam and meloxicam illegally mixed into anti-rheumatic traditional Chinese medicine,and it also can be equipped at the national application of the faster cars seized.
