摘　　要：快速早期反应模式和突然获益模式是心理治疗改变过程中的一个特殊且有意义的现象,前者表现为在治疗早期出现快速、大量的改变,后者则是在某两次相邻会谈间隔期间出现症状急剧的减轻,这两种现象的研究对于理解整个咨询过程以及研究咨询的改变机制有重要意义。Rapid early response and sudden gain are both special and meaningful phenomena in the change process during psychotherapy.The rapid early response represents the rapid and large symptom improvements which occur in the early stage,while sudden gain can be described as sudden improvements of many individual patients＇ symptoms,in some cases dramatically,in between-sessions interval.These two phenomena can improve the understanding of counseling process and the study of change mechanism of counseling.
