不同品种姬菇的稻草栽培及培养基配方筛选

摘　　要：对有姬31、米姬、广温姬菇、姬菇王4个姬菇品种进行了不同稻草含量培养基栽培试验。结果表明,广温姬菇品种具有产量高、商品性状好等特点,适合大面积推广;两个稻草配方:稻草10%+木屑30%+棉籽壳40%+麦麸18%+石灰1%+石膏1%,稻草5%+木屑35%+棉籽壳40%+麦麸18%+石灰1%+石膏1%栽培可获得高产,且经济实用。The cuhure experiments that using culture medium with different straw contents were condueted to four varieties of Pleurotus cornucopiae （Youji31, Miji, Guangwenjigu and Jiguwang）. The results showed that Guangwenjigu has high-yield and good commercial characters, which suit for large area extending; two formulas of straw medium, which are 10% of straw＋30% of sawdust＋40% of cottonseed hull＋18% of wheat bran＋l% of lime＋l% of gypsum, and 5% of straw＋35% of sawdust＋40% of cottonseed hull＋18% of wheat bran＋1% of lime＋1% of gypsum, all can help Pleurotus cornucopiae to obtain high-yield, and they are economical and practical.
