摘 要:采用盆栽试验研究了旱地和水田土壤中不同铅浓度处理对烟草毒害程度、烟草铅吸收和铅分配量的影响。结果表明:浓度为300 mg/kg的铅处理对烤烟的毒害作用不明显,而500 mg/kg的高浓度铅处理对烤烟生长、烤烟生理活性产生了明显的抑制作用;在等量铅污染条件下,在水田土上种植的烤烟各部位的铅含量和铅吸收系数小于在旱地土上种植的烤烟,铅对水田中的烤烟产生的毒害作用要小于旱地的;铅更容易富集在烤烟的根部,向地上部的迁移率不高。The influences of the treatments with different lead concentrations on tobacco poisoning level, tobacco lead absorption and lead allocation of tobacco in upland and paddy-field by using pot experiments. The results indicated that the poisoning effect of lead treatment with concentration of 300 mg/kg on tobacco was not obvious; however, the growth and the biological activity of tobacco were obviously inhibited by lead treatment with high concentration of 500 mg/kg; with the same concentration of lead treatment, the lead contents and the lead absorption coefficient in each part of tobacco which was planted in paddy-field was lesser than that in each part of tobacco which was planted in upland, and the poisoning effect of lead polluting on tobacco which was planted in paddy-field was lesser than that on tobacco which was planted in upland; the lead is easier to concentrate in the root of tobacco, and the mobility ratio of lead that transported from root to shoot was not high.
