应用HPLC法测定苯苄乙草胺混配除草剂中的有效成分

摘　　要：采用HPLC法测定混配剂中的苯噻酰草胺、苄嘧磺降、乙草胺的含量，使用C18不锈钢柱（5μm，250mm×4．6mm），以甲醇＋水（体积比70：30）为流动相，榆测波长230mm。结果表明：该方法测得苯噻酰草胺、苄嘧磺隆、乙草胺标准偏差分别为0．2688、0．0642和0．0594，变异系数分别为0．79％、1．77％和1．97％，线性相关系数分别为0．9996、O．9998和0．9993，回收率在98．37％～102．30％之间。此方法简便，结果准确，重现性好。In order to determining the contents of mefenacet, bensulfuron-methyl and aeetochlor in the mixed herbicide, a HPLC method was used in this paper, which use C18 column （5 μm, 250 mm ×4.6 mm） as the chromatographic column, methanol＋water （70：30） as the mobile phase, and the UV detection with 230 nm of wavelength. The results showed that the standard deviation of mefenaeet, bensulfuron-methyl and acetochlor was 0.268 8, 0.064 2 and 0.059 4, respectively; the coefficient of variation was 0.79%, 1.77% and 1.97%, respectively; the linear relative correlation was 0.999 6, 0.999 8 and 0.999 3, respectively; the recovery rate was between 98.37% and 102.30%. This method is simple and accurate, and the result is stable.
