摘 要:目的了解温州地区三级综合医院护理人员的职业倦怠水平及与护龄的关系,为提高护理人员的工作质量和生活质量提供理论参考。方法采用职业倦怠量表对温州地区4所三级综合医院的557名护理人员进行职业倦怠问卷调查。结果 557名护理人员的职业倦怠总分为(60.73±16.18),其中情感衰竭程度(25.86±7.74)为中度,去人格化倾向(14.57±5.84)和个人成就感降低程度(20.30±6.56)为重度;6~10年护龄组的护理人员职业倦怠感水平最高(P〈0.05)。结论温州地区三级综合医院的护理人员职业倦怠水平较高,尤其是6~10年护龄组的护理人员职业倦怠水平最高,医院管理者应引起重视,采取切实可行的措施降低护理人员的职业倦怠水平。Objective To investigate the relationship between job burnout and length of service of nurses in grade-three general hospitals,and to provide theoretical basis for improving the quality of work and life.Methods 557 nurses from 4 grade-three general hospitals were investigated with burnout questionnaire.Results The total score of job burnout was(60.73±16.18).Emotional exhaustion level(25.86±7.74) was moderate,while depersonalization tendency(14.57±5.84) and reduced personal accomplishment levels(20.30±6.56) were severe.The highest level of job burnout was observed in(6~10)-year group(P〈0.05).Conclusion Relatively high level of job burnout existed in nurses in grade-three general hospitals in Wenzhou,especially in(6~10)-year group.Hospital managers should pay attention to take practical measures to reduce the level of job burnout.
