民间商会参与地方治理的有效性研究--基于深圳市宝安区沙井商会的个案分析

摘　　要：沙井商会是深圳市民间商会发展中的一个典型个案,成立至今,在"一地多业一会"的关系格局中形成具有地方特色的行业代表性,建立起高效的运作机制,与政府形成合作—博弈的互动关系,有效地发挥了服务和管理职能,体现了民间商会在参与地方治理中的有效性,一定程度上维护了地方经济社会的持续和稳定发展。The Shajing Civil Chamber of Commerce is a typical case of Shenzhen city,since its establishment it has developed from'one organization to many industry associations for a spatial'relationship pattern.It has formed the representative of local industry and eracted the efficient operation of the mechanism.At the same time,it has formed a relationship of interactive co-operation and gaming,performed the function of services and management effectively,reflected the effectiveness of the Civil Chamber of Commerce of local governance,and maintained continuously.
