摘  要:目的探讨瑜伽放松训练对抑郁症患者负性情绪和自我效能的影响。方法将60例抑郁症住院患者随机分为对照组(抗抑郁药物治疗)和观察组(抗抑郁药物治疗加瑜伽放松训练),每组各30例。分别于治疗前、治疗后评定"焦虑自评量表(SAS)"、"自评抑郁量表(SDS)"及"一般自我效能感量表(GSES)"。结果治疗前观察组和对照组SAS、SDS、GSES量表总分差异无显著意义(P>0.05)。治疗后观察组和对照组SAS、SDS、GSES量表总分差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论瑜伽放松训练能有效改善抑郁症患者的抑郁焦虑情绪,提高自我效能感。Objective To study the effects on negative emotion and self-efficacy for patients with depression by YOGA relaxation training.Method 60 inpatient with depressions were randomly divided into the control group(n= 30) and the observation group(n=30).Self rating anxiety scale(SAS),Self-rating depression scale(SDS) and General self efficacy scale(GSES) were scored before and after treatment.Result There were no significant difference in SAS,SDS and GSES scores before treatment(P〉0.05).There were significant difference in SAS,SDS and GSES after treatment(P〈0.05).Conclusion Anxiety emotions among patients with depression can be improve by YOGA relaxation training.Self-efficacy can be enhanced also.
