摘 要:基于废钢与生铁碳含量差异,通过添加锰、钼等不同蒸气压的元素,对炼钢烟尘的显微结构、粒度、能谱等进行研究分析,探索炼钢过程中烟尘的形成机理。研究发现:炼钢烟尘的产生系蒸发理论与气泡理论共同作用的结果,且两种理论产生的烟尘特点不同,这为减少烟尘产生提供理论依据及方向。Based on the different carbon content between scrap and pig iron, microscopic structure, granularity and spectrum of steelmaking dust were analyzed to explore the mechanism of dust generation in steelmaking process by adding manganese and molybdenum elements because of their various steam pressure. It was showed that the mechanism of dust generation was evaporation theory and bubble theory, while the features of dust generated by the two theories were different, which provided theoretical basis and direction for dust reduction.
