摘  要:为了给四川沐川黄丹石英砂岩加工玻璃工业用石英砂提供科学依据,根据有害杂质Al2O3,Fe2O3等主要以粘土矿物以及黄铁矿细小颗粒赋存于矿石中的特点,开展了选矿提纯试验研究,通过手选、机械擦洗、棒磨擦洗和浮选等多种提纯加工方案对比试验,发现机械擦洗最具潜力;优化后的机械擦洗提纯加工工艺,具有高效、环保、简单等优点,可称之为高效擦洗工艺,其工艺参数为:擦洗转速1500r/min,擦洗矿浆浓度55%,擦洗时间15min~30min,擦洗助剂用量500g/t~1000g/t;采用高效擦洗工艺,能够加工符合浮法玻璃工业用石英砂技术指标要求的石英砂,其化学成分w(B)是:SiO299.047%,Al2O30.485%,Fe2O30.049%。Based on the characteristics that harmful impurities Al2O3 and Fe2O3 mainly occurred in ore as clay mineral and pyrite fine particles,purification experiments were conducted on a variety of plans in order to provide a scientific evidence for quartz sand processed in glass industry in Huangdan,Muchuan County of Sichuan.Through the comparative experiments on purification processing programs,such as manual separating,mechanical scrubbing,bar grinding scrubbing and flotation,the one of mechanical scrubbing is the most potential.Optimized mechanical scrubbing purification process,with the merits of high effectiveness,environmental protection and simplicity,can be called efficient scrubbing process.The process parameters are as follows:scrubbing rpm 1 500 r/min,pulp density 55%,the dose of scrubbing auxiliary agent 500 g/t,scrubbing time 15 min^30 min.Through the optimal process parameters,the chemical compositions of standard quartz sand used in float glass industry are SiO2 99.047%,Al2O3 0.485%,Fe2O3 0.049% w(B).
