上海市研发产业投入与产出情况分析

摘　　要：在论述研发产业概念和内涵的基础上,从R&D经费支出、科技活动经费支出等方面对上海市研发产业投入情况进行分析,从工业总产值计算分析、研发产业产出综合计算分析、研发产业科技成果综合分析等方面对上海市研发产业产出情况进行了研究。研究认为,上海市研发产业已达千亿元级的研发产值,上海市研发经费投入的增加与研发产业的产值增长没有直接的相关关系,这或许与全球化研发或研发溢出效应等有关。Based on discussing the concept and content of RD industry,this paper analyzes the RD industry input in Shanghai from two aspects： RD expenditure,science and technology activities expenditure.This paper also studies the RD industry output in Shanghai from three aspects： the total industrial output value analysis,the integrated analysis of RD industry output,the comprehensive analysis of industrial and technological achievements.This paper points out that the RD industry output of Shanghai has reached 100 billion Yuan.There is no direct relationship between the growth of RD expenditure and the growth of RD industry output,which may be related to the RD globalization or the RD spillover effect.
