摘　　要：重点描述农业高校科研基地建设在国家创新体系建设背景下的重要性和现实意义,分析农业高校科研基地建设所面临的困难,提出构建农业高校三级科研基地创新体系的建设思路。In this paper,the importance and practical significance of the construction of the scientific research bases of agricultural universities are mainly described under the background of building national innovation system.The difficulties concerned are analyzed,and the ideas of building the three-level innovation system of scientific research bases in agricultural universities are also proposed.
