摘　　要：在分析传统薪酬激励不足的基础上,引出全面薪酬战略概念,提出构建全面薪酬战略以最大限度地激发研发人员的创造性。The R D personnel have a higher level of demands,which make the traditional compensation can not truly stimulate R D personnel to mobilize the enthusiasm for innovation and initiative in work.This article analyses the inadequacy of traditional compensation based on the concept of comprehensive compensation strategy.Next it proposes to build a comprehensive compensation strategy to maximize the creativity of R D personnel.
