摘　　要：科研项目是科研管理工作的主要对象之一。科研项目管理符合项目管理的一般定义,因此可以将项目管理理论运用到科研项目管理之中。文章运用现代项目管理的理论,分别从项目的申报立项、执行控制、结题验收三个阶段阐述了如何提升科研项目管理水平。Scientific research projects are one of the main objects of the research management.Scientific research project management is up to the general definition of project management,so the application of the project management theory in it makes sense.With the guidance of modern project management theory,this paper separately explains how to promote scientific research project management in three phases： declaration and approval,execution and control,finish and acceptance.
