摘　　要：湖南传统武术从原始时期诞生,发展至今天,五千多年的历史沉淀和文化积累使得传统武术不再仅仅是单纯的健身强体、自娱娱人的民族传统体育项目,更多的是一种综合性的民族文化,是我们华夏民族几千年来哲学、医学、生理和物理等多学科多种文化要素的完美糅合,传统武术本身就是中国传统文化的衍生和映射。湖南传统武术在诞生、演变、发展过程中深受湖湘文化的熏陶,与湖湘地域文化、农耕文明及其他学科有着重要的关联。Hunan traditional Wushu was born from the original period and developd until now,after five thousand years of history and culture sediment accumulation,it is no longer just a traditional ethnic sport for entertainment and fitness but more a comprehensive national culture,that a perfect blend of a variety of cultural elements of Chinese nation thousands of years of philosophy,medicine,physiology and physics and other subjects.The traditional Wushu itself is mapping and derived from traditional Chinese culture.Hunan traditional Wushu was deeply influenced by Hunan culture in birth,evolving,and developing process.
