摘　　要：结合组态软件与PLC之间的应用实例,介绍了基于工业以太网及OPC技术的组态软件与PLC的通信及数据采集的基本原理,设计了全新的窑炉温度控制系统。在VB环境下,实现了计算机与S7-300系列PLC的实时通信,给出了相应的软件流程。实际应用表明,该系统实现了对窑炉温度的监控功能,运行稳定可靠,提高了产品的质量。According to an application examples between configuration software and PLC,the basic principle of the communication and data collection between configuration software and PLC based on industrial Ethernet and OPC is introduced.A new furnace temperature control system is designed.Real-time communication between computer and S7-300 series PLC was realized in VB.Relevant software flowchart was given.Practical application shows that the system can realize the function of furnace temperature monitoring,and also has stable and reliable operation,the quality of the products has been improved.
