摘  要:[目的]探讨神经节苷脂(GAs)治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)血清NSE、S100B变化及临床意义。[方法]89例足月HIE患儿随机分为两组,GAs治疗组(45例)和常规治疗组(44例),治疗前以正常足月新生儿20例作为健康对照,两组HIE患儿在常规治疗方法上相同,GAs治疗组在常规支持对症治疗的基础上静脉应用单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂钠20mg,1d1次,疗程10d。治疗前和治疗后化学发光免疫法检测HIE患儿血清NSE、S100B,并检测20例正常对照作为治疗前健康对照。[结果]治疗前GAs治疗组血清NSE(131.24±44.59)、S100B(2.14±1.68)与常规治疗组血清NSE(125.92±45.03)、S100B(2.55±1.62)差异无统计学意义,两组HIE患儿NSE、S100B均高于健康对照血清NSE(29.00±8.96)、S100B(0.16±0.09)。经治疗后GAs治疗组血清NSE(22.57±8.85)、S100B(0.20±0.14)低于常规治疗组血清NSE(28.75±16.00)、S100B(0.35±0.25)。[结论]NSE、S100B可作为HIE检测指标之一,静脉注射单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂钠对HIE有神经保护作用。[Objective] To observe the changes of serum neuron-specific enolase and S100B in neonates with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy (HIE) treated with Ganglioside (GAs) and its clinical significance. [Methods] 89 term neonates with HIE were randomly taken and divided into two groups: GAs treatment group (45 cases) and routine treatment group (44 cases), 20 cases of normal newborns as the control group. The conventional treatment was the same in the two groups of children with HIE, but in GAs treatment group, the neonates were treated with monosialotetrahexosy ganglioside (GM1) 20 mg once a day for 10 days on the basis of the conventional treatment. The NSE and S100B in serum were determined in 89 term neonates with HIE before and after the treatment, and in the 20 cases of normal newborns before the treatment. [Results] The difference was not statistically significant, NSE (131.24 ± 44.59), S100B (2.14 ± 1.68) in GAs treatment group and NSE (125.92 ± 45.03), S100B (2.55 ± 1.62) in routine treatment group, before treatment, while the NSE and S100B in neonates with HIE were significantly higher than NSE (29.00 ± 8.96), S100B (0.16 ± 0.09) in the control. The NSE (22.57 ± 8.85), S100B (0.20 ± 0.14) in GAs treatment group were significantly lower than NSE (28.75 ± 16.00), S100B (0.35 ± 0.25) in routine treatment group. [Conclusion] NSE, S100B can be used as indicators of HIE, and intravenous monosialotetrahexosy ganglioside (GM1) is efective in treating HIE.
