摘 要:[目的]了解四川5.12地震后板房学校中小学学生流行性脑膜炎带菌(Neissria Meningitides Nm)状况,评价震后初期防疫效果,为预测疫情与制定防治措施提供依据。[方法]按分层整群抽样法,采集绵阳市某县中、小学学生咽拭子样本共614份,常规分离培养鉴定Nm、荧光定量PCR测定Nm核酸、血清学分型。[结果]37人分离到Nm,带菌率为6.03%;荧光定量PCR法测定Nm核酸38份咽拭子阳性,阳性率为6.19%;B群35株(92.1%),W135群2株(5.3%),一株未分出群(2.7%)。性别带菌率差异无统计学意义,不同年龄组之间差异有统计学意义。15~20岁组Nm带菌率最高。[结论]震后灾区板房学校中小学学生流脑带菌主要以B群为主。[Objective] To investigate the germcarrying status of Neisseria Meningitides among students in primary and middle schools in Sichuan distress area, so as to provide scientific basis for analyzing the development tendency of epidemic meningitis. [Methods] Cross-sectional study was adopted and 614 samples of throat swabs were collected by cluster sampling. Neisseria Meningitides was isolated by conventional methods and real-time PCR, the positive samples were typed by polymerase chain reaction. [Results] 37 strains of Neisseria Meningitides were isolated from 614 samples of throat swabs and 38 strains were isolated from RT-PCR. The germcarrying rate was 6.03% in conventional test and 6.19% in RT-PCR, including group B 35 strains (92.1%), group W135 2 strains (5.3%). [Conclusion] The main carrying germ of epidemic meningitis in primary and middle school students is group B.
