摘 要:[目的]追踪岳阳市淋病的传染源和优势菌株,为有效控制淋病提供科学依据。[方法]热裂解法抽提淋球菌染色体DNA,经rep-PCR扩增,获得相应的指纹图。[结果]83株淋球菌除2株以外,均产生了较多条带。经聚类分析,可分为12型,以A、B、C3型为主;有6株淋球菌与其他菌株同源性低,各自单独组成rep-PCR型。[结论](1)rep-PCR是进行淋病分子流行病学研究的有效工具;(2)岳阳市淋病的传染源主要有3个,同时,可能存在淋病的外源输入。[Objective] To investigate the predominant strains of Neisseria gonorrhoeae in Yueyang and to provide a scientific basis for control of gonorrhea. [Methods] The 83 strains of Neisseria gonorrhoeaewere collected, and then their chromosomal DNA were extracted and purified by hot cleavage methods for rep-PCR to obtain the fingerprinting patterns. [Results] 81 specimens had amplicoms. Phylogenetic analysis showed that they could be classified into 12 types, mainly type A, type B and type C. And there were 6 rep-PCR types which contained only 1 stain. [Conclusion] (1) rep-PCR is enough for epidemiological studies on gonorrhea; (2) There are three predominant Neisseria gonorrhoeae transmitted in Yueyang, and there might be some imported cases.
