摘　　要：[目的]探索HIV感染者/AIDS病人管理模式。[方法]通过三级卫生网络对2007～2008年存活的HIV感染者/AIDS病人开展医学随访和管理。[结果]HIV感染者/AIDS病人的流调(首次随访)率从21.13%上升到91.90%;随访率从28.99%上升到52.23%;CD4+检测率从26.19%上升到40.64%。[结论]运用三级卫生网络可以有效管理艾滋病的传染源,减少新发感染和发生二代病例。[Objective] To explore the management of PLWHA in a city. [Methods] Follow-up and management of PLWHA were carried out by three-level health service network from 2007 to 2008. [Results] The epidemiological survey rate increased from 21.3% to 91.9%, and the follow-up rate rose from 28.99% to 52.23%, and the detection rate of CD4＋ was improved from 26.19% to 40.64%. [Conclusion] Applying the three-level health service network could effectively manage the HIV infection resources, and decrease the cases of new infected or secondary generation.
