摘 要:[目的]分析2007年1月~2009年12月某院大肠埃希菌的耐药性变化趋势,为临床治疗提供依据。[方法]药物敏感性试验采用K-B法。[结果]分离出的大肠埃希菌及产ESBLs株有逐年增高的趋势。大肠埃希菌对亚胺培南普遍敏感,对复合磺胺、庆大霉素耐药率较高。产ESBLs菌株对17种临床常用抗生素的耐药率除亚胺培南外均较不产ESBLs菌株的高。[结论]及时有效的细菌鉴定及药物敏感性试验,可尽早发现大肠埃希菌特别是产ESBLs株的院内感染情况,对指导临床的抗感染和合理用药具有重要意义。[Objective] To analyze drug resistance trend of Escherichia coli in our hospital from January 2007-December 2009, to provide the basis for clinical treatment. [Methods] KB method was used in drug sensitivity test. [Results] It had increasing trend year by year of the isolated ESBLs producing strains of Escherichia coli. E. coli was generally sensitive to imipenem, was higher drug resistant to the compound sulfamethoxazole, gentamicin resistance rates. ESBLs producing strains to 17 commonly used antibiotics except imipenem had higher resistance rate than those without ESBLs producing strains. [Conclusion] The timely and effective identification and drug susceptibility testing of bacteria can find the hospital infection of E. coli especially which producing ESBLs as early as possible, and is important to guide anti-infection and rational drug use.
