FDI集聚区外资企业技术创新:内外因联动的视角——对广东东莞IT企业的实证分析  

The Technical Innovation of Foreign Enterprises in the FDI Agglomerate Region: A Perspective of Linking Internal and External Factors Based on Dongguan IT Enterprises

摘　　要：文章在理论分析的基础上建立外部环境、企业内部知识获取这一内外因联动影响技术创新的结构方程模型,利用东莞FDI集聚区内台资IT企业技术创新情况问卷调查数据进行分析。结果发现近三年来台资企业技术创新多体现在:"研发投入增加"、"工艺水平逐年提升"和"能及时满足客户对产品更新的要求"等方面;结构方程分析结果显示外部市场环境变化和企业内部知识获取对技术创新有重要促进,而人力和资本资源、基础设施资源的影响并不突出。This study establishes a structural equation model linking the external environment and internal knowledge acquisition effects of technological innovation.Based on the data of Dongguan IT enterprises in the FDI agglomeration area,the empirical results indicate that the technical innovation of Taiwan-funded enterprises has been more reflected in ＂the increasing investment in RD＂,＂the rising level of technology＂ and ＂the timely satisfaction of customer needs for product innovation＂ and so on in recent three years.External market environment change and internal knowledge acquisition have an important role in promoting technological innovation,but the effects of human and capital resources and infrastructure resources are not obvious.
