摘　　要：知识密集型服务业在经济发展方式转变中具有积极的作用:知识密集型服务业的发展伴随着产业链的重新分化和组合;知识密集型服务业影响着产业结构的变化和升级;知识密集型服务业顺应了低碳经济对产业竞争力的要求。经济发展方式转变应重视知识密集型服务业的作用,文章在对我国知识密集型服务业现状分析的基础上提出了发展对策。During the transformation of the mode of economic development,Knowledge Intensive Based Service（KIBS） plays a positive role.With the development of KIBS,the industry chain has been experiencing re-differentiation and re-arrangement.KIBS affects the change and upgrading of industrial structure.KIBS conforms to the demand of low-carbon economy for industrial competitiveness.While considering the transformation of the mode of economic development,the role of KIBS should be paid attention to.The paper puts forward some countermeasures based on the analysis of the present KIBS of China.
