脑力苏汤剂治疗血管性痴呆临床疗效观察——附:60例病例报告

摘　　要：目的:通过脑力苏汤剂(方药)对临床VD病例的治疗观察,探讨该药治疗血管性痴呆(VD)的临床疗效与作用机理。方法:收集60例符合VD研究标准的患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各30例治疗观察。对照组口服喜得镇片,治疗组口服脑力苏方汤剂。观察两组患者的临床疗效,治疗前后日常生活能力的评测及安全性比较,统计学分析及评价。结果:临床疗效比较:治疗组30例,临床控制3例,显效12例,有效14例,无效1例,总有效率96.7%;对照组30例,临床控制1例,显效9例,有效16例,无效4例,总有效率86.7%;总有效率有显著性差异(P<0.05),证明治疗组疗效优于对照组。两组治疗前后运用简易智能状态检查表(MMSE)和日常生活能力表(ADL)组间比较提示:治疗组优于对照组。结论:临床病例观察证实脑力苏方对血管性痴呆有较好的疗效。Objective：To explore the curative effect of Nao-li-su capsual to Vasculs disease（VD）.Methods：Sixty patients with VD meet the study criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each treatment observation.The control group was treated with Hydergine tablets,oral treatment group mental Sudan decoction.The clinical efficacy were observed before and after treatment for evaluating activities of daily living and safety comparison,statistical analysis and evaluation.Results：Comparison of clinical effects： treatment group 30 cases,3 cases of clinical control,effective in 12 cases,effective in 14 cases,1 patient,the total effective rate 96.7%;control group of 30 patients,1 case of clinical control,effective in 9 cases,effective in 16 cases,4 cases,the total effective rate was 86.7%;total effective rate was significantly different（P0.05）,proof of efficacy of the treatment group than the control group.the two groups before and after the use of Mini Mental State Examination（MMSE） and activities of daily living form（ADL） between the two groups suggest： the treatment group than the control group.Conclusion： The clinical case observations confirm Nao-li-su capsual to Vascular dementia has a good effect.
